Samples Privé Club is operated by NOLD EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria with UIC BG205435275. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to NOLD EOOD.
Samples Privé Club is a members-only platform that provides approved members with access to private sample sales and archive collections offered by third-party brands. We act as an access facilitator — we do not sell products directly. All purchases are made directly with the relevant brand on their own platform.
Membership is by invitation or approved application only. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Members who join via a valid referral code may be entitled to complimentary access. The standard membership fee is £99/month and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Members may invite others using a personal invite code. When a referred person is approved, the referrer's referral count increases, unlocking tier benefits (Insider, Elite, Icon). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Referral perks are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
Access links and discount codes provided through the platform are for the personal use of the member only. They must not be shared publicly, posted on social media, or distributed outside the platform.
Every invitation link and discount code is uniquely tied to your membership. Sharing these with non-members, publicly distributing them, or using them outside the intended context will result in immediate termination of your membership and account deletion. Instead, invite friends directly to the platform using your invite code through proper channels. The referral programme exists for this purpose.
Sales, products, pricing, and fulfilment are entirely managed by the respective brands. NOLD EOOD accepts no liability for the quality, delivery, or any disputes arising from purchases made with third-party brands. Any complaints or returns should be directed to the relevant brand.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other members' accounts, scrape or reproduce content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOLD EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
